The 10th ESUJ University Debating Competition
The English-Speaking Union of Japan (ESUJ) will hold the University Debating Competition in English on October 7 and 8, 2007. This year, we will celebrate our 10th anniversary competition. Again we will invite four top British student debaters to participate in the event and to give a model debate. We will also present some special program for the 10th anniversary such as the Asian style model debate and the panel discussion by the honorable past finalists.

ESU International Council Meeting Welcome Reception
(Follow the Closing Ceremony)
A reception will be held on October 8 following the closing ceremony of the competition to commemorate the ESU International Council Meeting, which is being held in Tokyo this year. Representatives from ESU's around the world will be present at the reception. All ESU members and students are welcome to attend this very special occasion.
