Motions:
Round 1:  This House would punish parents for their child's crime.
Round 2: This House would provide school buses for female high school students.
Round 3: This House would allow foreign capital to invest in Japanese airports.
Round 4: This House would follow its dream rather than take a stable job.
Semi-Finals: This House would require the approval of local residents for billboard advertising.
Final:  This House believes that Japanese with "metabolic syndrome" should pay higher health insurance.
