Debating Seminar in Kyoto
The English-Speaking Union of Japan will hold a Parliamentary
Debating Seminar at Ritsumeikan University for the purpose
of making Parliamentary Debate better known in the Kansai
area. Outstanding debaters and a debate instructor from UK
will visit Kyoto to give a model debate and lecture. In addition
to those who are already engaged in debating, anyone interested
in learning more about Parliamentary Debate, public speech,
and English presentation is welcome to attend.
