Parliamentary Debating Seminar in Kobe

The English-Speaking Union of Japan will hold a Parliamentary Debating Seminar at Kobe University for the purpose of making Parliamentary Debate better known in the Kansai area. Outstanding debaters and a debate instructor from UK will give a model debate and lecture. Anyone interested in learning more about Parliamentary Debate is welcome to attend.
