Parliamentary Debating Seminar in Kansai 2004
The English-Speaking Union of Japan (ESUJ) will hold a Parliamentary
Debate Seminar at Osaka Prefecture University for the purpose
of making Parliamentary Debate better known in the Kansai
area. Outstanding debaters and an instructor from UK will
give a model debate and lecture.
