Lecture by
Mr. Atsushi Fujimoto Former Advisor to the Mongolian Ministry
of Finance
with Mr. Boldbaatar Tserenpuntsag Former Counselor of the
Mongolian Embassy in Japan
On Wednesday, April 24, a lecture was held at International
House by Mr. A. Fujimoto, ex advisor to Mongolian Ministry
of Finance, and Mr. T. Boldbaatar, former Councilor of Mongolian
Embassy in Japan. Mr. Fujimoto outlined Mongolia including
its great history, then explained current Mongolian economy
transformed from socialistic economy to the market economy
based on statistical data. Mr. Boldbaatar talked about Mongolia
in the fields of tourism, trade and investment. Environmental
development under a concept of "Eco Farm Mongolia!", new
technological sports "Land Sailing" and many interesting
subjects were introduced. Listening "the sound of silence"
in the vast plains under the big sky, you can unite yourself
with the nature, and forget daily routine issues in Mongolia.
