Visit to the Yokohama Doll Museum

Starting with the blue-eyed Japanese Friendship Dolls sent to Japan as symbols of American friendship in 1927, the Yokohama Doll Museum is home to dolls from 138 countries around the world. The collection of hina dolls from every part of Japan is also spectacular. Join us for a Saturday afternoon at this fairytale world in the midst of the ever-evolving Minato Mirai district of Yokohama.

Museum is a 2 minute walk from Exit 4 of
the Motomachi Chukagai (Chinatown) Station on the Minato Mirai Line

Please be at the museum at 2:00 o'clock sharp

Yokohama Doll Museum
The museum was founded in front of Yamashita Park in June, 1986. It is home to more than 9,800 dolls. The museum has welcomed seven million visitors to date, from Japan and abroad. Ms. Kaoru Kanetaka is president of the Yokohama Doll Museum.
