Lecture by Mr. Graham M Harris OBE
| ESUJ will welcome Mr. Graham Harris, President of the Harris Consultancy, as our speaker for the New Year's Lecture. Mr. Harris has banking experience in Europe, the Middle East, Hong Kong and Japan, etc. In particular, his experience in Japan extends over 30 years. Having also served as president of the British Chamber of Commerce in Japan for five years, and lived for many years in Japan, he can speak with special expertise on a broad range of topics relating to change in Japan. Donft miss this most appropriate lecture for the start of the New Year. |

Mr. Graham M Harris OBE
Born in Lancashire UK in 1945, his career has mainly been in international banking in Europe, Middle East, Hong Kong and Japan. For 10 years he was Area Director, Japan for Lloyds Bank and concurrently for 5 years President of the British Chamber of Commerce in Japan. In 1987 Queen Elizabeth ll awarded him Officer of the British Empire (OBE).
He is an Advanced Toastmaster and co-author with Ikushima Hiroshi of the book 'Obei ryuu speechi no susume'. He is currently the President of The Harris Consultancy, which provides advice on market entry strategy to foreign companies in Japan, and also a lecturer at Keio University. |
