Tsunekazu Matsudaira Quartet
Tsunekazu Matsudaira Quartet was formed in 1999 and specializes in swing and standard jazz. Their CD "Musician at Heart" was highly acclaimed on NHK FM radio and other international media.
Tsunekazu Matsudaira Clarinet & Alto Sax
An enthusiastic jazz player during school days but became a globe-trotting businessman. After retirement, Tsunekazu restarted a career as a jazz musician. He is now a top-class jazz clarinetist performing some 10 gigs a month. A Special Advisor to the ESUJ.
Akiko Nishiyama Piano
A popular female jazz pianist regularly performing at jazz clubs and musical events in Tokyo and Yokohama. Akiko graduated from the Tokyo College of Music.
Toshio Kobayashi Bass
Toshio manages a major music store in Yokosuka. As a multi-player, he is also a good drummer and a pianist. Very popular with his lyrical bass solos.
Yuji Kobayashi Drums
Japan’s top-class satellite engineer is busy with new satellites. But the stressful work makes his drum solos even more powerful and popular!
